Job Description

The Vice President of Construction leads and manages all construction operations across multiple projects. This role involves strategic planning, project oversight, budget control, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The VP collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute construction strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and quality expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage project managers and site leaders.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leadership & Team Management – Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
