DEPARTMENT – Vendor Development

REPORT TO : Management

JOB PURPOSE

To research and identify potential manufacturers of products that will be assigned (e.g.: pipes, compressors, pumps, oilfield chemicals, well head equipment’s and so on)

Be able to assess the manufacturer based on their capabilities and infrastructure available

To appraise and make the prospective manufacturers aware of the pre-qualification requirements and procedures that needs to be followed with the end users in Oil & Gas sector

To negotiate on terms and conditions of the agency agreement

To follow up with these manufacturers for necessary supporting documentation as necessary for prequalification evaluation as per guidelines set forth by end users in oil & gas sector

To make visits as and when required to the manufacturer facility 

Designation- Business Manager- Vendor Development.

Qualification- Mechanical Engineering Graduate.

Experience- 8+ years

Tech Experience- Capital Equipment & consumable product purchase.

Exposure and experience in dealing with vendors in  oil & gas industries in Asian countries 

 Additional responsibility for end-to-end coordination price, design, development, quality, logistics etc.
