JOB PURPOSE

Roles and Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Khopoli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance and control within industrial settings, with a focus on maintaining high standards in manufacturing processes and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with industry requirements and company specifications.
-Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to evaluate the quality of materials, components, and finished products.
-Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
-Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, track performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with API and other relevant standards.
-Participate in the development and review of product design and process changes to ensure that quality requirements are met from the outset.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
-5-8 years of experience in quality engineering.
-Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and tools.
-Experience with API standards and certifications is highly desirable.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and present    findings clearly.
