JOB PURPOSE

Role Overview:

The CEO will serve as the key strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s

operations, including marketing and sales, administration, production, and overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry and a proven track

record of driving profitability, operational excellence, and organizational growth. They will be a

visionary leader with a strong focus on innovation, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the company’s overall strategic vision, mission, and long-term growth plans.

Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational goals. Identify new markets, business

opportunities, and industry trends to drive growth and competitiveness.

Marketing & Sales Leadership:

Lead the development of robust marketing and sales strategies to enhance market presence and

revenue generation. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business

partners. Oversee branding, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies to achieve

sales targets. Monitor market dynamics and competition, ensuring proactive responses to challenges

and opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring production efficiency, quality

standards, and timely delivery. Implement best practices to optimize production processes and

reduce operational costs. Drive innovation in manufacturing techniques to maintain a competitive

edge. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Administrative & Financial Management:

Manage company resources efficiently, ensuring financial stability and growth. Develop and oversee

budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics. Ensure effective human resource

management, including talent acquisition, development, and retention. Foster a culture of

accountability, transparency, and high performance across all departments.

Company Operations Management:

Ensure seamless integration of marketing, production, and operational functions. Implement policies

and systems to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration. Lead initiatives for process

improvements, technological advancements, and sustainability. Represent the company at industry

events, conferences, and with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior

leadership role.

• Proven expertise in marketing, sales, and operational management within the manufacturing

sector.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain

management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative organizational culture
• Experience dealing with PMC & architects to generate business.
