JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a multinational environment, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound sales support. This role combines customer service excellence with upselling/cross-selling capabilities and requires strong communication, quick problem-solving, and a solid understanding of graphic design basics (logo, artwork, resolution).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on converting inquiries into sales.
Guide customers through the order process, answer product-related questions, and identify upsell opportunities.
Process orders efficiently and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism.
Manage customer interactions using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high typing accuracy and speed to manage multiple customer chats and emails.
Stay well-versed in all company products and services to recommend the best solutions.
Requirements:
Experience: 5–7 years in customer service roles within MNCs, preferably with a sales support background.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Typing Speed: Minimum 50–60 WPM with high accuracy.
Sales & Customer Handling: Proven ability to handle objections, upsell, and manage difficult conversations professionally.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong multitasking and critical thinking abilities.
Team Player: Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, printing, or custom products industries.
Familiarity with international clients and time zones.
Background in handling design-related customer inquiries.
