JOB PURPOSE

About Us:

We are a growing manufacturer of high-quality door fittings, based in Ludhiana. Our operations are built on quality, efficiency, and trust. We are currently looking to hire a female Accounts Executive to take charge of key accounting functions at our factory office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records with accuracy and discipline
• Manage stock entries – adding, deleting, and tracking inventory
• Handle billing, invoicing, purchases, and sales records
• Ensure timely data entry and financial documentation
• Use Tally for all accounting and compliance tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for account reconciliation
• Support in preparing reports and financial summaries as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or a candidate with knowledge equivalent to CA-level in accounting and finance
• Female candidate with 0–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software is mandatory
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Willing to work full-time from our Ludhiana-based factory (in-office role only)

Office Timing – 10 to 6PM

Working days – 6 days
