Job Description

The Director (Technical) oversees the technical execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. This leadership role involves managing engineering teams, guiding project design and execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical design, engineering, and execution of infrastructure projects
• Approve engineering drawings, design documents, and technical specifications
• Monitor construction quality, timelines, budgets, and site safety
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, IRC guidelines, and environmental norms
• Provide expert guidance to internal technical teams
• Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to the MD/CEO/Board
• Review vendor performance and technical contract obligations

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Civil/Structural Engineering
