Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing efforts in the competitive e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
 Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, content, social media, and branding
initiatives.
 Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increase lifetime value (LTV).
 Use data analytics to guide decision-making and campaign performance.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Tech teams.
 Manage marketing budget and team performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, etc.).

Key Skills:
 Digital marketing strategy
 Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic)
 SEO/SEM and content marketing
 Data analytics and performance metrics (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
 CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
 Brand development and storytelling
 Customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
 Budget management and ROI optimization
 Leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:
 15+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role in e-commerce.
 Proven track record of scaling customer growth and brand presence.
 Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation.
