JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced ESG Data Research Manager to join our team. This full-time role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in ESG data research and client management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG data analytics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of ESG data researchers to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
• Handle client calls and queries, providing expert guidance and support regarding ESG data and analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

• Oversee the preparation of detailed ESG reports and presentations for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ESG data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data collection and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG data research and client management, preferably within an ESG data company based in India.
• Strong understanding of ESG metrics, data analytics, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Office Timing – 9.30 to 6.30PM

Working days – 5 days
