Work Profile

• Manage Banking Relationships – Bank communication, correspondence, letters, etc.

• Preparation of Projected Financials (CMA data) for Bank Loans / Facilities

• Review of Borrowings Sanction letters

• Review the calculation of Bank finance cost (Interest, BG/LC Charges, Bank Charges, etc.)

• Calculation of IRR for all finance facilities

• Should have existing relationship with atleast 2-3 banks and 3-4 finance companies including NBFCs

• All other activity related to finance

Key Expectations

Should have handled over 300 Cr. Borrowings in single company for atleast 4-5 years.

Should have worked for atleast 3 years with last employer.

Candidate having worked with finance company for atleast 5-7 years will be preferred.

Key Computer Skills

Word, Excel, PPT, SAP ERP, (should be excellent in data analysis and should have hands on in all financial formulas in Excel)
