JOB PURPOSE

 

This is an In-person, Night Shift position. The selected candidate will be required to work from our Noida Office in Sector 62.

Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify potential clients on Upwork and Fiverr looking for website design, SEO, PPC, web development, and app development services.
  • Actively bid on relevant projects and submit compelling proposals.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to increase conversion rates.

Sales & Closing Deals

  • Engage with potential clients via messages and calls to understand their requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Account Management & Growth

  • Maintain and optimize Upwork and Fiverr profiles to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to position services effectively.

Requirements:
 3+ years of experience in selling digital marketing services on Upwork & Fiverr.
 Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
 Strong understanding of website design, SEO, PPC, web development, and app development.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to write compelling proposals that stand out.
 Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
 Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
