Designation :  HR Recruiter & Manager 

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad 

Exp : 6 to 10 yrs exp

Your responsibilities:

 Talent Acquisition

  • · Strong Knowledge of IT/BPO/ITES recruitment is must.
  • · Should be able to identify specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes like SW-engineers, technical eng., webpage designers, marketing specialists, etc.
  • · Should have proven work experience as a Recruiter.
  • · Should be able to screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
  • · Should be able to utilize the internet-based professional networking websites and social media platforms to reach out to the best available candidates.
  • · Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
  • · Should be able to build and maintain a strong network to source candidates from various channels including referrals and not only rely on job portals, social networking, and other classified job sites.
  • · Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Teams).
  • · Handle recruitment cycle from end to end.
  • · Letter outs (LOI, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters 

HR Operations

  • · Maintain employee records
  • · Ensure smooth functioning of basic processes including salary payments, compliance (PF, Gratuity, ESI, insurance etc.), increments etc
  • · Daily attendance & leave management
  • · Plan, Budget and implement employee engagement & team bonding initiatives.
  • · Be the one point of contact for the staff for all escalations, and grievances
  • · Close co-operation with Global HR dept.

 Your skills:

 

  • · 6-10 years of experience into end-to-end recruitment process
  • · MBA HR or equivalent
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Good presentation skills

 

Office Timings : 09.00 AM to 6.30 PM

Working days : 5 days working
