About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally driven and energetic to lead and manage major customer relationships for our fast-growing packaging business. This role is critical to strengthening partnerships, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless engagement with our top clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across flexible packaging, rigid boxes, moulding,

e-commerce packs, and related product lines.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with major clients; act as the single point of contact for all business needs.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across group verticals.
  • Understand client requirements, coordinate internally, and ensure timely delivery and service

excellence.

  • Prepare business forecasts, account performance reviews, and MIS reports for CMD & CEO.
  • Resolve escalations effectively with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Track market trends, competitor movement, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.

 

Required Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
  • Preferably from packaging, material science, printing, FMCG supply chain, or related

manufacturing sectors.

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Extremely energetic, proactive, and target driven.
  • Strong analytical abilities with data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – must.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work across functions and handle dual reporting.
