Exp : 2 – 4 yrs

Locations –    Delhi Location

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 6 Days

Office Timing – 8 hrs

Relevant Industry : Power Electronic Products manufacturing for Indian Railways..

 Educational Qualification

  • Ph.D. or M.Tech. with specialization in Power Electronics.
  • Exceptional B.Tech graduates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry
    experience may also apply.

Experience & Skills Required

  1. Proven experience in the design, simulation, and development of:
  • Power Factor Correction (PFC) converters
  • DC-DC converters
  • Inverters (medium and high-power applications)
  1. Hands-on experience with power semiconductor devices, including:
  • IGBTs
  • Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs/devices
  1. Strong knowledge of power electronics simulation and design tools.
  2. Experience in embedded system design and control implementation using:
  • DSPs (Digital Signal Processors)
  • Real-time control systems
  1. Familiarity with product development processes, testing, validation, and
    industrialization of power electronic products.

Preferred Experience.

  1. Development of products for:
  • Railway signaling and telecom applications 
  • Railway power supply systems
  • High-reliability industrial power systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop next-generation power electronic products.
    • Perform circuit simulation, hardware design, prototyping, and testing.
    • Develop embedded control algorithms and firmware.
    • Support product qualification, certification, and field deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to
