Job Summary

 Lead Fund Raise

1. Lead fundraising activities through debt capital markets, NBFC’s, Banks and other relevant instruments / source
2. Structuring the financial deals to avail of the best possible interest rates
3. Understanding of financial instruments and structures including NCDs, Securitisation, Direct Assignment etc.
4. Assist in financial planning and ALM
5. Investor Relations & MIS management / Presentation
6. Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs and other Financial Institutions as well as external stakeholders including Credit Rating agencies and regulators
7. Managing relations with auditors and consultants
8. Regulatory & Compliance
9. Assist in regulatory compliance to RBI with timely preparation and submission of reports
10. Preparation of financial reports/notes for statutory audit
11. Management Reporting
12. Provide timely and relevant financial/business analysis to the management team
13. Prepare presentations for management reviews etc
