DEPARTMENT – Garments

REPORT TO : Management

JOB PURPOSE

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing, preferably managing full-line 

production 

– Strong understanding of line balancing, efficiency tracking, and line engineering 

– Ability to set up production lines based on style complexity and output targets 

Experience in achieving delivery KPIs, reducing downtime, and optimizing workflow 

– Skilled in managing floor staff, motivating teams, and enforcing discipline where necessary 

– Working knowledge of industrial engineering principles 

-Ability to work with planning, technical, and quality teams to ensure production aligns with specs 

and timelines 

– Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and garment costing is a plus 

– Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and upper management 

Salary: the capable person can expect 3 to 3.5 lakh per month 

   Housing and  Transport                          

   Yes you will be provided with on-site furnished accommodation at the factory in   Marburg. Includes: 

• Bedroom, kitchenette, basic appliances, Wi-Fi access 
• No transport allowance is necessary as accommodation is on-site

One-way economy-class air ticket from India to Durban International Airport

Office Timing – South Africa Hours
