Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing efforts in the competitive e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, content, social media, and branding initiatives.
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increase lifetime value (LTV).
  • Use data analytics to guide decision-making and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Tech teams.
  • Manage marketing budget and team performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, etc.).

  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic)
  • SEO/SEM and content marketing
  • Data analytics and performance metrics (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Budget management and ROI optimization
  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer growth and brand presence.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation.
