Designation : Sr.  Project Planning Engineer / Engineer

Exp : 4 to 6 yrs

Duties and Responsibilities –

 Role : 

Planning Manager to oversee and manage our team of Project Planning Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning and scheduling of our projects, as well as coordinating and monitoring project activities including driving the Management Audits. The Planning Manager will report directly to the AVPPlanning & Communications and work closely with other key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  • Lead and manage the team of Project Planning Executives and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. 
• • Develop and implement procedures, processes and systems related to project planning, micro -scheduling, time management, resource management, and communication management. 
• • Monitor the status of projects, drive the Management Audit meeting, communication, and updates to senior management. 
• • Identify and resolve project issues, effectively escalate red flags, and establish measures and standards that ensure milestones are met. 
• • Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 
• • Ability to measure delays and coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare Recovery/ Catch Up schedules. 
• • Escalate timeline delays and issues quickly and effectively through the appropriate control chain. 
• • Work closely with key stakeholders to execute solutions to support the direction and goals of the project timelines. 

• Lead the rapid and focused delivery of “Special Projects” within an assigned project.

Qualification 

• • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management, or business administration. 

Minimum Requirement 

• • 4 – 6 years of Experience. 
• • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. 
• • Experience in leading and managing a team of project planning executives.
• • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. 
• • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
• • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• • Proficient in the use of project management software.
•  • Relevant certification in project management will be an added advantage.
