JOB PURPOSE

UX Developer (M/F)

Details:

• Position: UX developer (m/f)

• Job type: Permanent
• Reports to : Head of development (CTO)
• Work Experience: 8+ years
• Work Location: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI implementations.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using modern web technologies such as Tailwind CSS, AlpineJS, and Laravel Livewire.
• Bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation of UX concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing alongside the product team.
• Continuously optimize user flows and interaction patterns based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards), performance best practices, and responsive design principles.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Experience and Requirements:

• 8 +  years of professional Laravel / PHP development experience . 
• Proven experience in front-end development and UX design, preferably within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript (AlpineJS); experience with Laravel Livewire is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and version control systems like GitLab.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on user needs and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus but not mandatory.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience working in agile development teams

• Knowledge of compliance, data protection, or security-related software

• Familiarity with component-based UI systems

Personal Skills and Qualities :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Additional professional training in PHP or web technologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Structured and self-organized working style with a focus on results
• Passion for clean code and maintainable software architecture
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge
• Fluent English skills (minimum CEFR level C1)

Office Timing – 10 to 7 PM ; 12- 8 PM

Working days – 5 days
