Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning, and vendor management—ensuring cost-efficiency, quality, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production and business
goals
 Manage global and local vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control
 Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution systems
 Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management
 Drive supply chain digitization, automation, and sustainability initiatives
 Lead risk management and supply chain continuity planning

Required Skills:
 Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes & lean supply chain
principles
 Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems and supply chain analytics
 Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
 Leadership in multi-location/global supply chain teams
 Strong understanding of regulatory and trade compliance

Experience: 15+ years in supply chain leadership, preferably in the automotive sector
