Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Assistant Construction Manager (ACM) to support the effective execution of building construction projects across our sites in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of site-level construction experience, with the ability to supervise daily operations, ensure quality control, and coordinate with internal and external teams for timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities on-site

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Contractors to ensure project milestones are met

Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and quality standards

Maintain daily reports, site logs, and material usage records

Support the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, material planning, and resource allocation

Ensure smooth coordination between execution teams and design/consultant stakeholders

Handle site-level communication, issue tracking, and conflict resolution

Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to approved drawings and BOQ

Implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain productivity

Support documentation for client billing, subcontractor measurement sheets, and audit readiness

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in building construction (commercial, or institutional projects)

• Good understanding of construction drawings, civil works, materials, and site coordination

• Proficient in MS Project / Excel and basic project tracking tools

• Strong team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage site operations independently under the supervision of the Project Manager

• Willingness to work at project sites across Uttar Pradesh
