We are looking for an experienced Director – Strategy to drive business growth, strategic planning, and long-term business objectives for a leading manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential avenues for expansion.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute business plans.
• Evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and diversification initiatives, where applicable.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in manufacturing.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and business operations.
• Proven leadership, analytical, financial planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
