We’re Hiring: Director – Operations | Chemical Manufacturing | Rajasthan

A leading chemical manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Director – Operations to lead plant operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable manufacturing performance.

Location: Rajasthan
Experience: 18–25+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across the chemical plant.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee production planning, maintenance, utilities, engineering, and supply chain coordination.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor plant KPIs and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build a high-performance operational culture.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditure, and plant expansion projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, process safety, and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business and operational objectives.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree/MBA preferred).
• 18–25+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with significant leadership experience in plant operations.
• Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes, production planning, maintenance, utilities, and process safety.
• Proven track record in leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
