Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization within the AI/SaaS technology space. The role involves close collaboration with Product and Machine Learning teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions. This position suits leaders experienced in fast-paced startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects and functions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and ML teams to plan and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Establish and drive strong SDLC practices, including:
  • Requirement and technical documentation
  • Coding standards and best practices
  • Code reviews, testing, and quality assurance
  • Deployment, monitoring, observability, and post-launch support
  • Security, compliance, and operational excellence
• Stay current with trends in AI/ML and SaaS product development.
• Own engineering hiring, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• 11+ years of overall engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading 10–50+ engineers.

• Currently or previously in roles such as Engineering Manager / Senior EM / Director of Engineering or above.
• Strong exposure to AI/ML-based products is a key advantage.
