Role Overview

The Director – Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations, improving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and aligning production strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead overall plant/manufacturing operations and production strategy
✅ Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement
✅ Implement lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
✅ Manage large cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders
✅ Oversee capacity planning, supply chain coordination & production targets
✅ Support business expansion and automation initiatives

Required Experience

✔ 15–20+ years in manufacturing leadership roles
✔ Strong experience managing large-scale production facilities
✔ Background in engineering/manufacturing operations
✔ Proven leadership in process optimization & plant performance improvement
✔ Experience with ERP, automation, and modern manufacturing practices preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial preferred)
MBA / Operations Management (preferred)
