Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Fire Protection to lead fire safety design, engineering, and execution across projects. The role involves overseeing end-to-end fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving best practices across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, planning, and execution of fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems)
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, and local fire safety regulations
• Oversee project lifecycle from concept to commissioning
• Provide technical leadership to engineering and project teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and fire safety audits
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Drive quality, safety, and timely project delivery
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Mentor and develop fire protection engineering teams

Requirements:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Fire Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 15–25 years in Fire Protection / Fire Safety Engineering
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale projects

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fire protection design & codes (NFPA, NBC, etc.)
• Project management & leadership skills
• Client handling and stakeholder management
• Strategic planning and decision-making
