Role Overview

We are hiring a visionary Director – 3D Visualization to lead and scale our global visualization function for a Dubai-based design organization. This role demands a strong blend of creative leadership, technical mastery, and strategic thinking, delivering world-class 3D visuals for premium design projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall 3D visualization strategy across international design projects
  • Head and mentor teams of 3D visualizers, artists, animators, and designers based in India
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, animations, and immersive experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Dubai-based stakeholders, architects, designers, and leadership teams
  • Maintain global quality benchmarks and ensure alignment with international design standards
  • Drive innovation by implementing advanced tools, workflows, and visualization technologies
  • Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and delivery excellence
  • Present concepts, visual narratives, and final outputs to senior clients and leadership

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Strong command over 3ds Max / Blender / Maya / Unreal Engine / Lumion / Twinmotion / V-Ray / Corona
  • Deep understanding of lighting, textures, materials, realism, and visual storytelling
  • Proven experience in leading large creative and technical teams
  • Strong coordination skills to work across India–Dubai time zones
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Animation, Fine Arts, or related discipline
  • 12–18+ years of experience in 3D visualization, with 5+ years in a leadership/director role
  • Exposure to international / Middle East / premium design projects will be an added advantage
