Designation: Business Manager
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 7+ yrs
Position: Permanent
Salary: upto 25lpa
About the Role:
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for setting up, strategizing, and driving the growth of our brand. You will work closely with the founder to develop and execute business plans, oversee daily operations, create market strategies, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and help build a trusted, globally recognized brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies for launching and scaling of the Business.
- Set up supply chain operations, vendor management, and logistics for herbal supplement products.
- Work closely on product development, certifications, quality assurance, and tamper-proof packaging processes.
- Lead branding, marketing, and positioning efforts globally.
- Build and manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Drive B2B and B2C channel development (retail partnerships, e-commerce, etc.).
- Ensure regulatory compliance for health supplements internationally.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for expansion and brand collaborations.
Skills Required:
- Managerial experience in the health supplements, herbal products, nutraceuticals, or related wellness industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building or scaling a brand/business.
- Strong understanding of product certifications (Organic, Vegan, Non-GMO, GMP, etc.).
- Experience in herbal product sourcing, manufacturing, or quality assurance is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Strong network in the wellness, nutrition, or herbal products industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
