Location: India

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Brand Director to lead brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy for our FMCG business. The role requires a senior professional with strong leadership capabilities, proven brand-building expertise, and deep understanding of consumer markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute long-term brand strategy and growth roadmap
  • Lead brand positioning, communication, and portfolio management
  • Drive product innovation and successful product launches
  • Manage brand P&L, marketing budgets, and ROI optimization
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital & Trade Marketing)
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • 15–20 years of experience in FMCG brand management
  • Strong exposure to national brand development and category leadership
  • Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to ₹50 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
