Purpose of Role:
Experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, website, and mobile app development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT resources, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect the company’s digital assets. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement IT strategy to align with the company’s overall business goals, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions across all departments.
- Manage the design, development, and maintenance of the company website, mobile apps, and other digital platforms to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software components.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, ensuring the protection of sensitive company data and customer information.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technology trends, and make recommendations for potential integration to enhance company operations and customer experience.
- Develop and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products and services.
- Provide technical leadership and support for internal staff, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the IT department.

Qualifications / Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of web development, mobile app development, and digital platform management.
- Expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software components.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technology trends to improve company operations and customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
