We are hiring for an Interior Design consulting company  who is based in Mumbai  for the below mentioned position.

  • Designation:  Architect
  • Location: Andheri, Mumbai
  • Experience: 4 to 6  yrs
  • Position: Permanent 
  • Qualification: Qualification in Architecture

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience working in Turnkey Interior fit out companies required.
  • Must have worked on Commercial Corporate Offices.
  • Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop,3D Max, MS Office.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
  • Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
  • Developing and presenting project proposals.
  • Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client needs.
  • Client Interactions.
  • Ability to develop look and feel.
  • Co-ordination with consultants, client & vendors.
  • Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.
  • Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Managing Project Teams.
  • Periodic Site visits when required.
  • Handover Documentation and Project closure.
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills.
