We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who are into EPC of Electrical Substations/ Transmission Line for the below mentioned profiles.

• Designation:  Manager/ Sr. manager / AGM  – Bid management 
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience: 15 to 20 yrs
• Position: Permanent 
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Description / Responsibilities:

o Oversee in-process verification and quality checks for all tenders beforesubmission.

o Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, andcontractual guidelines.

o Identify risks, deviations, and gaps in technical and commercial submissions.

o Lead cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Procurement, Finance,Legal) for approvals and clarifications.

o Develop, update, and enforce tendering standards, templates, and checklists.

o Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across bids.

o Support Bid Managers with guidance on compliance, documentationstructure, and risk mitigation.

o Monitor tender timelines and ensure readiness for timely, error-free submissions.

o Mentor and support the team to strengthen quality mindset and processDiscipline.

Desired profile of the candidate:

o Strong expertise in EPC tendering processes, techno-commercial evaluation,and compliance.

o Excellent understanding of contract terms, technical specifications, and documentation standards.

o Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and risk-assessment skills.

o Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex submissions.

o Proficiency in MS Office and structured documentation workflows.

o Leadership capability with focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
