We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients Manufacturing of  X-ray imaging systems for remote opportunity  for the below mentioned profiles.

  • Designation:  Sales Manager-India
  • Location: Remote
  • Experience: 10+yrs
  • Education: Bachelor or Master  Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Industry: Industrial X-Ray Radioscopy & Computed Tomography (CT) Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial growth and revenue generation across India.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within industrial and academic sectors.
  • Manage, support, and strengthen the existing distributor network.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on trade shows, conferences, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Represent RX Solutions at industry events and customer meetings as a brand ambassador.
  • Drive partner engagement, channel development, and continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.
  •  Strong technical understanding of Industrial CT, X-Ray Imaging, NDT, Metrology, or related technologies is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in high-tech, scientific, industrial equipment, imaging, automation, metrology, or NDT industries.
  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and international business environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent distributor and channel partner management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Ability to travel internationally to company headquarters in France when required.
