Designation: Associate Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager

 

Qualification: Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).

 

Industry: Service Training Institute. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and provide strength to the company’s brand position in the assigned regional marketing area.
  • Head development and execution process of ethnic and main-focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.
  • Organize Regional Workshops / Conclave and Business Networking Platforms / Events for Members.
  • Search new data and follow up with them for company’s various Events, Sponsorships, and Advertisements.
  • Promoting training programs through Masterclasses for Boardroom, In‐house programs etc.
  • Promoting company’s Membership. Members Relationship Management.
  • Identifying Prospects for GP Awards Promotional Activity.
  • Promoting Sponsorship / Partnership / Delegation for National and International Conferences.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Evaluating competitors and Future analysis.
  • Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Has to be a Local candidate for better connections, communication and area knowledge.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills & fairly presentable.
  • Fair knowledge of Corporate Laws, the Companies Act, and SEBI regulations will be an added advantage.

Salary: Excellent as experience and capability.
