Seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development, implementation, and support team across all offices of This is a hybrid role based in Dubai Office and UK, reporting to the Board of Directors / Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Real estate domain and EPMS ERP software, with a strong technical background in software development life cycle (SDLC) and hands-on complex-level programming on Dot net / C Sharp, SQL. In addition, the candidate will have experience in managing developers in an Agile environment and dealing with end-users and customers. The CTO / CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical strategy and roadmap for the company, aligning it with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for company

• Collaborate with the executive team to align the technical strategy with the overall business strategy.

• Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software products and services.

• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure.

• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered.

• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Act as a key escalation point for all customer issues, managing customer change requests, and consulting customers for the appropriate solution.

• Design and deliver solutions as per customer expectations within the scope of work agreed.

• Manage project managers to ensure priorities and delivery deadlines are met.

• EPMS Implementation Team, Team Leaders, Programmers, Implementation, and Support teams.
