Role: CFO

We are looking for a CFO/SVP Finance who will be responsible for compliance of the Company’s financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts. He/She will report to the CEO and will be responsible for all financial matters of the company. The position will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, business development as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Working with Execs: Be a strategic partner to the CEO and team with other internal stakeholders/ leaders as a Finance Business Partner.
• Working with Principals: Work with brand principals to run an annual planning process and monitor execution against this.
• Overall profitability: Drive overall profitability and margins for the different brands / teams in the company.
• Oversee transformation projects and give direction to the team: The day to day activities here will be managed by the third-party service provider.
• Oversee Core finance functions and give direction to the team: Define and execute Budget and Budget Vs. Actual Reporting. Also manage tax, audit & other compliance.
• Oversee deliverables from third party service provider to ensure complete control over operations and accountability
• In the medium term, get the organization IPO ready, managing all processes towards the same.
• Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
• Participate in new business development initiatives
