Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to lead our textile company during a period of transition. The Consultant will be responsible for overseeing production in our factory, coordinating with clients, and liaising with vendors on ongoing assignments and future strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the textile industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production in the factory, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and that quality standards are met consistently.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the company, focusing on growth, profitability, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to their satisfaction.
• Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage ongoing assignments, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
• Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize company resources and achieve financial targets.
• Lead and manage the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the brand and networking with potential clients and partners.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and shareholders, to keep them informed about company performance and strategic direction.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations for the company’s future growth.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role
• Strong understanding of the textile industry, including production processes, supply chain management, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
