We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who is in Architecture and Planning  Company for the below mentioned position.

Designation: Planning Architect/ Manager

Location: Remote

Experience: 3+yrs

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a creative, driven Planning Architect who is technically sound, professional, and eager to collaborate and grow. You’ll be an integral part of our Planning team, contributing to a range of residential extension and planning projects – working closely with both our Indian and UK teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documentation
• Producing technical and architectural drawings for planning and construction stages
• Developing presentation packages for client proposals, planning submissions, and internal reviews
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and consultants across time zones
• Supporting project delivery through Revit-based workflows
• Communicating effectively with the team, local authorities, and external stakeholders
• Contributing creative ideas while maintaining quality and compliance standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 3 years of experience in an architectural/planning role
• Strong command of Revit (2+ years’ experience essential)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Understanding of UK planning policy and processes is a plus
• Solid design sensibility and clear communication skills
• Confidence presenting ideas and contributing to creative discussions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• A degree in Architecture, Planning, or a related field

Mandatory: Must have prior UK work experience in a planning practice.
