Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead business operations, drive organizational growth, and strengthen overall business performance within the power and energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead executive teams and oversee overall business operations.
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
• Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Prepare and present business performance reports to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• 9–14 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the power or energy sector.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business management skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
