WE ARE HIRING | R&D HEAD – MANUFACTURING

We are looking for an experienced R&D Head for a reputed manufacturing company to lead research, product development, innovation, and technical improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D and product development function
• Drive new product development and innovation
• Develop and improve products, processes, and technologies
• Lead technical feasibility, prototyping, testing, and validation
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Sales teams
• Manage and mentor the R&D/technical team
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality and cost targets
• Evaluate new technologies, materials and manufacturing methods
• Support intellectual property, technical documentation and product compliance initiatives

Candidate Profile

✔ 15+ years of relevant R&D / product development experience
✔ Strong experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Proven leadership experience managing R&D/technical teams
✔ Strong knowledge of product development and engineering processes
✔ Experience in innovation, process improvement and commercialization
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
