Key Responsibilities

• Identify a suitable asset or target project for potential investment

• Business Partners Relationship management

• Conduct a thorough legal due diligence of the target project to assess legal risks and compliance

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence of the target project to evaluate financial health and viability.

• Perform in-depth investment analysis, including evaluation, deal structuring, and negotiation steps to optimize investment potential.

• Manage diversified portfolios across debt.

• adhere predetermined time horizons and exit strategies for each investment to maximize investment returns

• Deliver market updates and recommendation new investment opportunities.

• Research and implement financial tools to improve efficiency.
