Designation :Autoclave Maintenance Specialist

Location: Malaysia

Experience :  10 Years

DEPARTMENT – Aerospace

JOB PURPOSE

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

1. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical, or any related field with 10 years of various Autoclaves system experience
2. Poses minimum solid 5 years working experience in Autoclaves maintenances including installation, maintenances, repair, and

process improvement

3. Possess advanced skill and knowledge on PLCs, motor system, burner system, inverters and mechanical design & analysis.
4. Familiar with various brands Autoclaves manufacturer Italmatic, Olmar, VFE, ASC, and Scholz, would be an advantages
5. Strong knowledge and skills of mechanical and electrical repair techniques.
6. Analytical and good decision making in problem troubleshooting.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1. Review, construct, and execute robot system maintenance including PM, PdM, and CBM activities.
2. Develop procedure and manual of Autoclaves maintenances activities especially on major activities.
3. Knowledgeable in optimizing autoclave operations for energy efficiency and cost savings while ensuring compliance with related

standards.

4. Advanced understanding of Autoclaves & Oven cycles, temperature, pressure, and exposure times for various materials, including

critical auxiliary equipment.

5. Provide effective and fast technical problem-solving during machine breakdown and solve various technical problems on related

but not limited to Autoclaves, PLC, inverters and mechanical system.

6. Skilled in calibrating autoclaves to ensure reliability and sustainability of equipment especially during operation period.

Experienced in validation protocols to meet industry / company standards and regulatory compliance.

7. Ability to lead improvement project / activities with various department and external parties. Plan, initiate and lead cost saving

activities especially in reduction of maintenance’s cost.

8. Strong knowledge on industrial automation systems and networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet) including the IR4.0

evolution in manufacturing and maintenances perspective.

9. Train maintenances and production personnel on basic, intermediate, and advance Autoclaves construction, operation, and

troubleshooting/ maintenance.

10. Provide technical support to production & maintenance teams during operational hours to ensure the smoothness of operation.
11. Managing equipment expenses, spare parts, new equipment purchasing, installation, and commissioning and ensure the new

equipment to meet customer / operation requirement.

12. Procuring, testing, and commissioning Autoclaves, Oven, or related equipments / components, fixtures, or fittings.
