JOB PURPOSE

**Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Print Machine Operator for decor paper printing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital printing, a thorough understanding of

web-based printing processes, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in learning new

technical skills. Candidates with experience in a similar line of work will be given preference.

**Responsibilities:**

– Operate and maintain digital printing machines for decor paper printing.

– Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality output.

– Prepare and load materials onto the machine, including setting up and adjusting print parameters.

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the printing process.

– Maintain a clean and organized work area.

– Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Print Machine Operator.

– Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.

– Proficient in web-based printing processes.

– Strong knowledge of colors and color management.

– Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technical skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong attention to detail and quality.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
