Designation: – Maintenance Incharge/Supervisor
Qualification:- Diploma or ITE Mechanical and/or equivalent experience
Industry: Manufacturers and exporter of Soya Lecithin Powder and Liquid, with our de-oiling plants in Singapore and India
Job Location: Pune Maharashtra
Desired Profile
- Diagnose any machine malfunction and repair the same
- Has experience or knowledge of repairing mechanical rotating equipment and its maintenance
- Doing daily routine machine maintenance of equipment’s for smooth functioning of plant and process and reduce machine downtime
- Responsible in devising maintenance plan to prevent malfunction
- Executing the maintenance plan along with requisite equipment log and history cards, repair schedules and external coordination where necessary
- Run diagnostic test and make adjustment, making sure each machine is running at optimal performance
- Devise and ensure proper safety plans that comply with workplace safety laws
- Act as storekeeper for maintenance supplies and ensure availability and accountability of all
maintenance items
- Maintain past data with log and history cards of equipment and of services for future references
Skills
- Theoretical and practical Knowledge in rotating machinery (pumps, motors gearboxes, etc) and tools preferred
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, meticulous nature and result driven
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Critical thinking with quality control analysis
