Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background, extensive exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and proven expertise in business strategy, operational excellence, P&L management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
  • Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, TQM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations, including production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, capital investments, and operational performance.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, key customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Lead sales strategy, business development, pricing, and key account management.
  • Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, and effective workforce management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • MBA / PGDM in Operations or General Management preferred.
  • 20–25 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive components, or engineering industries.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as CEO, MD, Director, BU Head, Plant Head, or GM – Operations.
  • Strong experience in mass production and high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in P&L management, business strategy, operational excellence, and sales/business development.
  • Experience working with OEMs and B2B customers is highly desirable.
