Designation :  Fashion Consultant / Sales Executive Position 

Exp :  1 – 5 yrs

Locations –  Vile Parle West, Mumbai location..

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 6 days

Office Timing – 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Gender – Both

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a premium, personalised shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences, occasions, budgets, and styling requirements.
• Assist clients in selecting outfits across bridal, occasion wear, prêt, sarees, anarkalis, and men’s collections.
• Provide styling suggestions, outfit combinations, and recommendations for weddings and special occasions.
• Handle walk-in customers, client enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment-based visits.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a client database for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
• Coordinate with the design and alteration teams to manage customer requirements and outfit customisations.
• Maintain client records, sales reports, order details, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure the store, merchandise, racks, and displays are maintained to luxury retail standards.
• Handle billing, order coordination, and post-sales customer service.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, designer wear, and luxury styling.
• Explore exhibitions, events, shoots and fashion shows.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, fashion consulting, luxury fashion, or designer boutiques.
• Experience with premium Indian wear, bridal wear, or designer labels will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales ability with a target-oriented approach.
• Good fashion sense and an understanding of styling, colours, fabrics, and silhouettes.
• Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems and customer databases.

Preferred Background: Candidates who have worked with luxury fashion boutiques, designer stores, bridal studios, or premium ethnic wear brands will be given preference.
