Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Power Industry

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization and drive its overall strategic direction, business growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent business acumen, and the ability to lead senior management teams while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s overall business strategy and long-term vision.
• Establish strategic goals, objectives, and action plans to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Lead, manage, and mentor executive and senior management teams.
• Oversee overall business operations and ensure effective execution of organizational strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and take appropriate corrective actions wherever required.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and avenues for organizational expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, investors, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective coordination between different departments and business functions.
• Review and approve business plans, budgets, financial performance, and major strategic initiatives.
• Ensure that the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with developments, innovations, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the Power and Energy sector.
• Represent the organization at important business meetings, industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare, review, and present business performance reports and strategic updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that organizational objectives are achieved while maintaining high standards of governance and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a CEO, Managing Director, Business Head, Executive Director, or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Strong experience in the Power / Energy industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale business operations and senior leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, operations, sales, and business development.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical understanding.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple business functions effectively.
