We are looking for an experienced Head – Quantity Surveyor to lead the Quantity Surveying and Commercial function for a Dubai-based construction company, working from India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quantity Surveying and commercial management function.
• Manage project cost estimation, budgeting, cost control and forecasting.
• Review BOQs, tender documents, specifications and contract conditions.
• Handle variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier commercial matters.
• Review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, finance and management teams.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide cost insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 12–18+ years of relevant experience in construction/contracting.
• Strong experience in Quantity Surveying and commercial management.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred.
• UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
