We are looking for an experienced Director – Interior Design to lead and manage the interior design function for a Dubai-based company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall interior design team and manage multiple projects.
• Develop and oversee design concepts for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Manage projects from concept development through design development and execution.
• Review design drawings, presentations, material selections, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, design, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Mentor and guide the interior design team.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and international design standards.
• Participate in client presentations and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, with significant experience in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
• Previous experience managing design teams and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design development, materials, FF&E, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
• UAE/Dubai experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
