Reporting – Sales Head
1) Objectives of this role
We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Area Manager to lead
and develop a team to achieving ambitious sales targets within a designated
geographical area. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building
strong customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.
2) RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage and allocate territory assignments to optimize team performance.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiate win-win deals.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
- Support marketing efforts and initiatives to generate leads and drive sales.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field, preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Sales functions.
- Experience with Automobile Manufacturing, Auto Components, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding,
- Machining, Assembly, OEMs, Preferred
