Designation :   Area Sales Manager

Exp : 4-6 yrs -exp  in Sales within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry

No.of Position – 2 

Locations –   Gurugram and Pune

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 5 days ,Last Saturday is working 

Office Timing – 9.30 am to 6.00 pm

Gender -Male

Relevant Industry : Automobile Manufacturing / Automotive Accessories

Reporting – Sales Head

1) Objectives of this role

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Area Manager to lead

and develop a team to achieving ambitious sales targets within a designated

geographical area. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building

strong customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

2) RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  2. Manage and allocate territory assignments to optimize team performance.
  3. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  4. Conduct compelling sales presentations and negotiate win-win deals.
  5. Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
  2. Support marketing efforts and initiatives to generate leads and drive sales.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  4. Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field, preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Sales functions.
  • Experience with Automobile Manufacturing, Auto Components, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding,
  • Machining, Assembly, OEMs, Preferred
